I RECEIVED THE TRANSFORMER TWO DAYS AHEAD OF ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE. I THEN INSTALLED THE TRANSFORMER AND IT HAS WORKED GREAT EVER SINCE WITH NO MORE LOUD HUMMING SOUND.
