Plating is nearly all worn off. The rubber air hose is in very good condition, it is not cracked or dried out. The pump works smoothly but does not build pressure. There is a lubricating hole in the barrel which, when the nozzle is fully extended, one is able to see what looks to be a leather pump gasket. I oiled through the hole with 3 in 1 oil a few times but still no pressure. A very rare antique bicycle pump that does not often come to market. The barrel is very good condition with no dents. The barrel is marked "THE LOZIER MF'G CO. THE CLEVELAND, TOLEDO, O.”
