Sold me a worthless camera that was hooked up to another account. Tried to avoid issuing a refund by saying I did not return a worthless sd card adapter that wasnt in box. Don’t buy from this scam artist. Sells worthless items and won’t refund money without having to get Ebay involved. Avoid!!!!

I didn't know I had to delete the camera from the account. When I was told about the problem, I contacted Ezviz on how to do so. At the time I was traveling in Western South Dakota and had very poor cell phone service and Internet service. The buyer did not give me proper time to delete my account. Finally, when I had decent cell phone and internet service and received the information from Ezviz customer service, I deleted my account. The camera will be listed again, without the missing item.
