I paid in full for this item and have not yet recieved it. This is very disappointing with absolutely no updates on tracking. I contacted the seller and all they had to say is contact ebay they will handle it. So disappointed and frustrated at this point.

Yes it's lost. This is a UPS issue. They clearly got package same day and clearly it moved but then stopped. I have no idea. UPS is to blame but I get the negative. The cook burns you steak you would penalize the waitress because that is the type of person you are. Blaming the wrong person. You will get refunded. Your money is protected. The only person losing is me as I have no item. Doesn't happen often but all shipping services lose or damage packages.
