A new carbon roller and retaining pin has been installed. The pin is secured by flattening/crushing the end. Both lights are working and the circuit breaker works as designed. Cord has been replaced and does look more modern. The cord is in excellent condition. The lights and meters work as designed. Using a multi-meter I was able to measure the voltages listed above. I did leave the transformer plugged in for 20+ minutes and observed no issues and normal warming. This unit does not hum.”
