Got the item and it didn’t work probably from shipping and handling (we all seen those videos of them throwing packages). So I contacted the seller and they said that they would fix it or replace with another unit. Only thing that was kind of a headache was the process of the return. Other than that great customer service and the seller fixed the problem and now the radio works perfectly. Would definitely do business again.
