I'm very , very disappointed because there is nothing easy or simple about returning items when a seller ignores you. Think twice before ordering from this seller - easy returns featured as a selling point but not the reality. The description should include ruined cashmere semester with a moth hole I'm front, will attract other moths if you are foolish enough to buy
