I ordered this item because my elderly mother was in dire need of it as she’s handicapped. This item said 3 day shipping so I placed the order. After consistently messaging the seller about 5 times I still didn’t get a response from them. After telling them I wanted a refund for my $200 we finally received the product 14 days later and the package was all damaged and looked like it had been sitting outside for a year. I definitely don’t recommend buying from this seller and I never will again!
