The tag for the trivet pulled off when we pulled the item from our shelf. Do you want it? 2. A broken tag on the spoon and spatula set that was due to movement of the spatula.. really? Way too picky! 3. We refunded you all excess shipping costs. The actual shipping was what you paid ($6.04) so you weren't charged too much. 4. It's not "she" but "he" .. my name is Gary
