I contacted Ebay before I cancelled this transaction and they assured me that any negative feedback would be taken care of because of the shipping address/location discrepancy. The buyers location and shipping address were in 2 different countries and I was trying to avoid getting scammed again because I knew Ebay would not help me. I cancelled the transaction and explained to the buyer that I did not feel comfortable because of the discrepancy. Negative feedback left and Ebay didnt have my back
