The seller cancel the order on me after asking him a ledgement question. He said he was not comfortable dealing with me. And when I try to order again he threatened me. This type of seller that makes peopl does not like to purchase from eBay. The worst thing, eBay service center did not do anything. They just ask me to report his business just we have no rights.

Asking technical questions AFTER making a lower offer and agreeing to buy the item lead me to believe that you were not familiar with the tech and it was a high risk that you would request a return. I declined your purchase before you had paid, thus not requiring any action to your account, like a refund. YOU disregarded my statement that i didnt feel comfortable selling to you and attempted to buy the item again after i had explained my position to you, just like an entitled brat! NO means NO
