The seller described the item as a 9 US size this was untrue. When the item was received it was a 7B not a 9Us which is an out right lie and deceptive.

Hello. The mislabeling of the item was an honest mistake. Once the case was resolved and return issue, the buyer was refunded. I still have not received the item back, which is quite unfair when the buyer has been refunded her money. I have reached out tonight for the second time with a message hoping that the buyer returns the shoes.
