I received a dress that is not the one in the picture and not even the same size why lie about what your selling

Buyer was asked to send a picture of the dress they received. They would not do so. They were told they could return the dress for a full refund. Instead they chose to leave negative feedback. I don't appreciate people trying to scam honest sellers. I'm more than happy to work with buyers and fix any issues, especially when I am at fault. Hower, when you want to lie and say that you received something different than what I know I shipped, I am going to ask for pictures.
