It was not packed well and had a rough ride shaking around in the little white jewlry box, not put in anything else. Contacted seller and she took attitude about me stating it was not well packed and blamed the post office for the condition and told me to file a claim with them. I worked for the USPS for 10 years. Because of this, I package items carefully. This was no exception. There are occasions when things still get broken in the mailstream regardless of how well an item is packaged. I told the buyer how to file a claim and provided her with the link to do so. I explained that the postal service would refund her money and she could still keep the earrings. She didn't ask to return them.
