The vintage Rosti bowl arrived broken in numerous pieces. The seller packaged the bowl in only a thin piece of plastic wrap & a plastic bag. It should have been packed in a box with padding. This packaging was inadequate & careless. The seller blamed the post office & was going to make a claim with them. She offered no apology and took no blame for the issue. It took many contacts with seller to get my refund. It was a very
frustrating & disappointing process, & the hard to find bowl is gone.
