The Leica Super-Angulon Aspherical lens is constructed from 8 elements, 4 of which have anomalous partial dispersion and 1 with two aspherical surfaces. This ensures that the Leica Super-Angulon Aspherical lens has reduced distortion and keeps vignetting (reduction of an image's brightness or saturation at the periphery compared to the image center) to a minimum. The Leica Aspherical lens offers a high performance for all super wide-angle photography situations.
