many contacts with no resolve and offer no solution to product not delivered. today it has been 21 days, tracking is not showing a possible delivery date. Suggested sending a replacement out and they can deal with shipper on lost one. But no , they want me to wait another ten days B S . Never buy from these people if you need it in a reasonable time frame. They contract with the shipper. They need to step up

Unfortunately, some customers do not understand when the problem is caused by the company responsible for shipping (which the customer chose the cheapest option). This specific product was the last unit and there would be no possibility of sending another. Now this person has received a refund and the product as well. We ended up at a loss and he got a free product.
