This seat is a perfect replacement. The low profile is a lot lower than OEM and looks great on the bike. Pan is a perfect fit. I have purchased multiple seats from this seller and they arrive in perfect shape ready to bolt up. FYI it includes new bolts but you do need the rest of the OEM mounting hardware.
