He told me step to try and solve the problem with the touch screen issue from what I researched and what they researched. I ended up even changing the software to Rockbox with no results. I am happy to say that it was just a loose cable after disassemble it. It works perfectly fine now. I am very happy with this iriver h10 mp3 player.Thank you so much.
