    The transaction went smooth. But the items all though in Debby raps and a box to hold 50 rolls of Pennys. A lot of them have started to roy and decay. Something that happens to Pennys. Moisture !.I'm not asking to return them. But seller should inspect all the rolls to see what he's trying to sell. These are a mix of circulated coins old and new.
