Well packed in cardboard box with support packing, however box was damaged, and there was case damage that does not affect the system. Very quick shipping from La Mesa, California to Ontario, Canada, delays with shipping are to be expected however this was very fast. HP RP5 POS is exactly as pictured with minor case damage from shipping. Vendor is very easy and very professional to deal with. Positive Ebay Experience.
