My credit card was charged 3 weeks ago. Seller marked item as “shipped” but USPS tracking says it has only pre-shipped meaning only a label has been printed, but not dropped off with USPS. It’s now a full 3 weeks later and Seller has not responded to my messages to them. Terrible communication.
