They sent me the wrong doll that I bought. They sent me a cheaper doll. I tried to contact the seller, but I did not receive a response for a long time, so I am forced to leave a negative review. I absolutely do not recommend the seller. The person didn’t even apologize, from which I conclude that the product was purposefully replaced.

We offer free returns, as this was an international order that the buyer went around using the global shipping program to use a forwarding service, if wrong item was sent it would have been reversed right away. The doll that sold is no longer in our inventory as it was sent to buyer i am unsure which item he received since all over inventory is still updated correctly. Item was delivered May 3rd and this is the first contact from buyer
