I have put neutral because although the condition of the chocolate when it arrived was VERY poor - inedible - my dealings with the supplier/ my complaint have been excellent. I have already received the full refund, without having to send the items back : although I did provide photographs to prove my point.

Turns out the 9cm pot does not relate to pot circumference any longer, but to its depth. I am running a plant trial and so far this plant is the most expensive and smallest. Can only really leave feedback in about a years time to see how growth has progressed. Disappointed.
