Hi, The advert for sale states that the shoes are free of defects, however the shoes received have stains on them that they have apparently tried to remove. Seller from offer of compensation. I'm really sorry…

This is retaliation because you didn't get what you demanded. You demanded I refund you $20 when you only paid $34 which is over half of what you paid for the shoes and threatened me in the process. I explained to you that the shoes show the light marks in the first and close up in the fifth photos. You then sent a screenshot confirming you see the marks. No alterations were done to the shoes. The mark is simply a dye rub which you will see as soon as you were your favorite jeans with them.
