When I made my payment, I asked buyer to "please package with protective wrapping" so the magazines would arrive without damage. My request was ignored. Had to file claim with eBay since seller refused to provide a shipping label for return. A little friendly customer service could have resolved the situation quickly, but just got rudeness.
