I sold a $300 watch for $75 to build rapport and gain a loyal customer. Despite this, the buyer left a negative review and asked for an extra $30 to change it. I had already taken a $225 loss on the sale. While the buyer acknowledged the initial offer and appreciated the discount, he still demands more money to alter the review, insisting it remains negative otherwise.
