    I ordered 3 neon transformers with power supply cord with a plug on the end. They sent me 3 neon transformers with 2 wires sticking out without a plug on them to plug the transformers into a wall socket. I informed them of this and they have responded and asked me to send them a photo of the transformers so they can see the problem. I responded that I will need an email address, website, cell # or something to which I can send the photos. I am awaiting a reply at this time.

    After some more back and forth they responded in a timely fashion and sent me 3 replacement units. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I understand that these things can sometimes take a while to sort out.

    Excellent!! I've had one of these digital multimeters for about 25 years. My original one finally died. I was so glad to find this virtually identical replacement! It works perfectly, and it's very small. Great to carry in a toolbox. NOTE: This item was apparently shipped to the wrong address (wrong state). The shipper, DHL, was absolutely worthless in trying to find it and would not say the address where they actually delivered it to. Seller graciously sent a replacement. VERY HAPPY!!
