I also noticed that the box didn’t have the right charger so it was underpowered. It is a genuine charger but it was only a fifteen watts charger and it should have been a charger with double that wattage. I don’t if that was missing but it wasn’t until I got the item that I saw that it wasn’t the original one. Fortunately I have the right one and I have been using it.
