never heard of a Ranger knife; however, when i saw that Sakei had their input into making these knives, i had to try one.
i'm very glad i went with my intuition, because the knife is extremely well built, looks and works as if brand new, and like a quality watch has a bit of weight to it, so does this-very heavy and very well built---to last no question about it.
i was not only surprised of it's build, but extremely happy for what i paid compared to some of these "big name brands)!
