I received the Steelbook bent on one corner, presumably due to an issue with the carrier. Nonetheless, the vendor was very communicative from the beginning. Once I let him know what happened, he was attentive and helpful. He offered me different solutions, and we worked them out. I definitely would purchase again from him.
