De informatie over de levertijd klopte niet. De sandalen zouden tussen 30-5 en 14-6 arriveren, maar waren er al 21-5. Volgens de trackinginformatie zou er een boodschap achtergelaten zijn door de expediteur, maar die lag niet in de brievenbus. Pas toen ik de klantenservice om opheldering vroeg, ontving ik van ebay trackinginfo van PostNL en wist ik waar ik het pakket kon ophalen.
