    It is unfortunate that the post office doesn't always follow their own rules and that they made a mistake in the calculation of your postage. I did issue a refund as soon as I was made aware of it. I ship thousands of patterns every month and shipping issues are rare, but they do happen, and I am so sorry that this happened to you!
