    Wow; after item shipped but before it was delivered buyer requested to cancel because they were supposedly "moving immediately", then once item was delivered buyer claimed it would not turn on. We offered full refund upon return and gave full refund upon return, however when item was checked it turns out the adapter plug was not fully plugged in, once fully plugged in there was no problem. Then this *gem* of a buyer leaves negative feedback. NIGHTMARE, lol.
