They included their own return label inside the box when I received the item, which is different from eBays official label and not trackable through eBay. When I sent in for return, the seller claimed they never received the item, even though it was delivered. Thankfully, eBay fixed it once I approved delivery. Only use the label eBay provides, never use the one inside the Box!
