The item looked as described, just broken on two subsequent shipments. POOR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. I HATE RETURNING ITEMS AND RARELY DO. Ebay customer service was great and intervened. Too bad the company had a great website and lots of items on website. But who wants to blow a month and install damaged items on a nice vehicle. Maybe this will save someone else from poor quality control.

When I returned the headlight assemblies the in the same box, the shipper wrongly charged me $4.73 for not returning in same shipping box. I had already reordered from this shipper and the second delivery was not packaged properly and was damaged when received it also. I decided to install it after wasting a month. The shipper refunded $4.73 after filing complaint with eBay.
