The delivery tracking is not available through the shipping company, and despite multiple attempts to file a complaint, I’ve received no response or support. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered this book for my child's school, and the delay has caused serious issues. Very poor service, completely untrustworthy. I strongly advise others not to go through the same experience.
