Shoes hurt, they were not as described, & could not afford to ship them back. My refund would have been half of what I paid minus the shipping cost to be paid by me, as seller would not cover shipping v back. Seller wanted me to pay shipping twice.

Hello. I am sorry you were unhappy w/ the full refund we offered you despite our listing stated "no refunds". The feedback is misleading & in your message you blamed the shoe company. (see below) We work very hard to provide accurate info and a fair price.
"I ordered the correct size, but all brands, & co.'s sizing isn't accurate or equal. Couldn't know, til recvng. &trying on, that the fit "of this brand," isn't accurate, & "is" reason they don't fit prprly &cause pain."
