She offered me a refund if I returned the item but recorded delivery would cost me extra. Despite this, I offered a full refund to the buyer upon return of the item but she refused. I tried everything to make this buyer happy despite not being at fault (I would always admit fault if it was my fault and always look after my buyers) But instead she wanted to keep the item, demanded a refund from me and left me this feedback when I didn't give her the item for free. All of this over a bit of bluetack!
