One was DOA. Seller denied warranty. Are they technically right to do this? Yes. Should they still have replaced the drive? I also think yes. Probably better to purchase from a seller that offers 1 year warranty. EDIT: seller sent two replacements incase another drive fails, overall good experience, just pay attention when buying hard drives.
