    I bought socks based on photos and info the seller used. What I got was five pairs of socks in a plastic bag that looked like dead mice… Hard to give ‘dead mice’ as a bday present. I’ve spoken to seller. They don’t seem to get it that they miss represented what I was getting. I paid for an image they did not deliver. They offered a $2 consolation.

    Because the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package. In order for buyers to purchase products at a more favorable price. We removed the cardboard inside the socks before shipping. But the socks we ship are clean and intact. We apologize to the buyer and offer a full refund, not $2, as the buyer does not require a refund. Sorry again for the unpleasant shopping experience.
