The description of the item was discrepant with the content. The description and photo of the CD’s front ostensibly offer Davis / Bavarian RSO playing Mahler’s 4th, plus Maler’s 1st. However, on the CD’s back, the performers are different from the description, which is misleading and, IMHO, deceptive. The seller insists that their advertisement is accurate, because the photo of the CD’s back, if scrutinized, reveals the that the content is inconsistent with the seller’s description.
