Blades did not fit my 20v Von Haus G series strummer. Asked for a refund and was offered £2 instead of full refund which I refused. Was then offered £4, which I refused, finally given full refund from the company which I believe is not based in the UK as the English grammar used in communication was poor. Would not use again.
