Essendo stato in gioventù vicebibliotecario della Camera dei Deputati, riuscì a fare pressioni per l'approvazione di leggi contro l'alcolismo e la vivisezione degli animali. Fu zio del critico letterario Walter Binni. Fece parte della "Società Teosofica" e fu direttore della rivista di teosofia "Ultra". Il conte Karnice Karnicki fu l'inventore di un apparecchio per salvare i seppellire vivi. Tra gli argomenti trattati: Sepoltura di viventi, Sezionati vivi, Lucidità cosciente soldati caduti in battaglia neonati la strage delle puerpere, Contrasto fra la teorica scientifica e la pratica sanitaria, Il dubiae vitae asylum, L'invenzione del Karnice Karnicki, Leggi e proposte legislative ecc... Ritratto di Karnice Karnicki in antiporta. In buone condizioni.”
