Terrible experience. Bought 2 laptops, this one in B grade and a Dell in A grade. The Fujitsu is ok, but the Dell i received was like a C grade instead of A. Requested a replacement, and the seller confirmed that they had more in stock and would send me a replacement after receiving the return. And then they issued a refund without saying anything. Each responds were after a few days, so I had to wait for so long and then ended up not getting what I paid for.
