I think ASrock may be having some compatibility issues with what memory works with this board. No fault of the seller, the board BIOS was on 1.0, upgraded to 1.5, you will need either a bios flash, or borrow a 12th gen cpu, or contacting ASrock to have them send you the chip which is removable and in the manual. Board is a bit of a headache but in the end will be a great Vmware Hypervisor.
