    I asked seller in the notes to ship package without a description of the product on the package when delivered because it was a gift and I wanted it to be a surprise but they didn't and my son saw the gift because they did not do as I requested. When I contacted them to tell them what they did all they communicated back to me was that is how they company ships the product. Sorry but that is not good enough and you should honor the customers request and since you didn't you should compensate .
