    Seller accepted my offer of $100 for set of books which were described as nearly new with “extremely minor imperfections.” Unfortunately they are not as described, with lots of wear and signs of long-term use. Received in flimsy single-use mailing bag which was destroyed upon opening, and seller will not pay for proper packaging to return. His attitude is bad, so he can have this negative feedback for being uncaring and unhelpful, not to mention dishonest.

    Wow. Twenty years selling on eBay, 100% rating, and this is my first negative review. The buyer bought this item with the understanding that "Buyer agrees to pay return shipping." I offered the buyer a full refund of $100. The buyer is refusing to pay for return shipping, which violates the terms of the sale. I will happy to refund the buyer $100 if the buyer pays for return shipping before August 20. I will refrain from making derogatory personal comments about the buyer. Thanks, Rick
