Unfortunately I had to apply for a refund as the parcel did not arrive by the date advice provided by Auspost ie the tracking advice indicated that it was still in Canning WA the same day I was to receive it.
Contacted the seller to advise of the situation . He contacted Auspost at his end and they advised it was to be delivered at the time advised - this was incorrect because I didn't have it. The refund was effected for which I was appreciative. Unfortunately I still received the parcel.
