I messaged the seller with photos and details of what I received and what was missing. They continuously gaslit me into saying the helmet doesn’t come with the necessary cord to USE IT. I knew this was incorrect and after repeatedly being told I need to buy my own separately. I reached out to Castle X directly. They are immediately sending me the correct parts for FREE. I asked for a photo of what they received and they sent me photo of wires. I confirmed it's the right part. I sent a photo of a cigarette charger and asked if this is the part they need. I attached a photo of it and price. They replied that they should not pay for it. I said that part is sold separately and they can confirm with Castle. After he called Castle, they sent me the photo of what they actually needed. Which is a different part.

The helmets arrived very quickly and were in great shape. Packed good, still all tags on, boxes looked unopened. I do recommend buying one size larger than you normally wear if buying Bell, they run a little small.
